Caption | Shown from the rear right corner with two bars. The roof is shaped like a tent. On top and at the corners are fitted baskets. The window is divided into five parts by scrolls. The panel beside it is mainly decorated by garlands distributed like spikes of a shell around a disk. The upper panel at the back is decorated with frosted ovals. A crown of a baron is in the central one. The lower lateral panels are decorated assymmetrically. In the left part of the upper one is an escutcheon with a monogram [H or M]. The bars are decorated in their entire length. Both are so shown. Made in: London, England. Date: 1770s. Record ID: chndm_1900-1-17. |
