Design for a Bed Alcove, Perspective

Active selection in cart:
Another suggestion for the same problem dealt with in 1901-39-1494. The elevation of the alcove is like that of a circular vaulted pavilion with two Ionic columns and laterally two pilasters supporting the entablatures. Draped curtains in the three entrances. The wall behind the roof is straight. In the foreground, at right, is a part of a door of the room. The decoration of the walls and of the ceiling is outlined. The room has a dado, vertically divided into panels; so are the walls. Festoons are in the upper frieze. A door corresponds, at left, to the right one. Made in: Rome, Italy. Date: 1800s. Record ID: chndm_1938-88-1600.
