Ceiling divided into nine rectangular and square compartments by moldings and decorative bands in black chalk. In central panel, Peace stands within horse-drawn chariot, holding branch, while Victory/Fame flies between chariot and horses, and blows trumpet; putto flies above, holding tablet inscribed PAX. In four corner panels, Fames with trumpets flanked by candelabra. In remaining panels, dancing Fames with lyres and holding garlands with putti. At lower left in black chalk, section of molding.
