The Glascote Torc. Gold alloy Torc found in Staffordshire, England. Thought to be a piece of neck jewellery made for a Celtic Chieftan. Purchased by public subscription with the assistance of Birmingham City Council, the Friends of Birmingham Museums and Art Gallery, the John Feeney Charitable Trust, the Victoria and Albert Purchase Grant Fund and the WA Cadbury Charitable Trust, 1970.
