Caption | St Nicholas is perhaps the favourite saint of many children. He lived in 4th century Myra in what is today Turkey. It is said that he learned that a poor man could not afford a proper dowry for his three daughters and St Nicholas threw bags of gold down his chimney in the middle of the night. |
