Sir Francis Drake wounded by an arrow

Active selection in cart:
Sir Francis Drake. Shimmering in the distance was the Pacific Ocean. Francis Drake saw it and determined to become the first Englishman to sail upon it … an act that was to make his name immortal. After sailing through the Strait of Magellan, Drake and some of his crew rowed towards the island of Mocha off the coast of Chile. They were given a hostile reception by the islanders, so one story goes, and Drake was wounded by an arrow.
