Crocodile

Crocodiles are descendants of dinosaurs and relatives of lizards. They live in tropical rivers. The largest, the Salt-Water Crocodile, is the only one that swims to the sea. The teeth in a crocodile's lower jaw slant outwards into a groove outside the upper jaw so they can be seen when it closes its mouth. An alligator's lower teech fit into a groove in the upper jaw and are not seen when it closes its mouth. Crocodiles can swim underwater for about five minutes.
