Admiral Horatio Nelson. Horatio Nelson, the great naval hero, commanded the English Fleet which fought the combined fleets of France and Spain. He was killed by a stray musket shot as he walked the deck of his ship, the Victory. There is a square named after it in London called Trafalgar Square.
