Little Scooty

Little Scooty is a toy with a scooter where his lower body would be if he were a normal boy. He was made by Tom the Toy-maker who loved him so much that he came to life. Now he has a normal young boy's attitude in every respect and is always getting into scrapes and finding problems that need to be solved.
